MBX DIE BLASTER

The MBX® Die Blaster® with its patented Accelerator Bar was specially designed to remove corrosion in areas that are difficult to reach - like door jambs, roof joints, wheel housings etc to create a 'blasted surface' for superior adhesion.

The patented Air Cooling system extends the life of the belts. The low speed of 2,600 rpm combined with the light and compact design (1.1 kg) ensures a high degree of easy flexible handling and operator safety. These characteristics make the MBX® Die Blaster® a perfect complement to the well-proven MBX® Metal Blaster® system.

The patented Accelerator Bar ensures a significantly improved performance of the MBX® Die Blaster® Belts and thereby achieves:
• high performance in rust removal – clean bare metal, even in the rust pores
• fast paint removal
• a fast working speed while removing seam sealer and undercoating, even in hard-to-reach areas
