SURFACE P-40 XTRA ULTRA-FINE FINISHING GLAZE 1L

P-40 Xtra Ultra-Fine Finishing Glaze is a specially formulated ultra-fine compound using the latest DRA™ (Dynamic Response Abrasion) technology incorporating micro-precision oxides. Designed and formulated for fast and easy final finish polishing to remove holograms, swirls and light defects.

HOW TO USE:
BY MACHINE
Machine Speed: 1000 - 2000 rpm (free running) speed with Foam Polishing Pads. Random Orbital: Machine Speed: 2000 – 8000 RPM For vertical surfaces: charge the soft foam pad with P-40XTRA. For horizontal surfaces: P-40XTRA can be applied to the foam pad and/or directly onto the panel.

1. Apply glaze to paint surface and spread to a thin even layer, using the polishing pad.
2. Using machine, polish up paint surface reducing the pressure as the film starts to clear.
3. Continue to float the surface with un-pressured pad and when clear finally remove any trace residues using microfibre polishing cloth

BY HAND
Use 100% fine cotton cloth to avoid introducing any scratches to sensitive paint finishes. Shake container before use. Apply to paint surface, allow polish to haze dry for a minute, then buff to a high gloss finish using non-scratch microfibre polishing cloth.
