The patented MBX® technology was specially developed for applications in car repair shops. The MBX® Metal Blaster® easily removes undercoating and rust - even in hard-to-reach areas. An excellent solution for removing paint - especially in contours and on edges, removes sealer, cleans weld seams and threads without damaging the metal surface.

The accompanying MBX® Vinyl Zapper that can be mounted onto the tool, with little effort easily removes vinyl letters, decals, adhesive residues etc. without overheating or damaging the paintwork.

Among its other awards, the MBX® Metal Blaster® Pneumatic was included among the winners in the "TOP 20 Tools Award" sponsored by "Motor Magazine".

MBX® systems are different from conventional surface preparation systems in that MBX® systems are based on several physical principles. Flexible belts are inserted loosely into a cage-like adaptor system and secured with safety arms. The centrifugal force created by rotation causes the belt to tighten and work as if suspended on an air cushion.

- A high degree of adaptability when working on contoured areas or areas with sharp edges.
